PhD Student

Sam is a current graduate student in the Shih Lab pursuing a PhD in Electrical Engineering. His research pertains to using hybrid microfluidics to automate cell engineering pipelines. Specifically he is interested in optimizing immune cell engineering for cancer therapies. When not in the lab Sam’s hobbies include rock climbing and being a volunteer mechanic at Concordia’s community bike shop.
