Felipe Perez

Felipe graduated from Concordia University in Mechanical Engineering. Following this, he worked in the aerospace industry as a Mechanical Designer until he stumbled upon Synthetic Biology. He liked the idea of engineering microorganisms for therapeutics and environmental solutions so he decided to pursue this as a Masters to learn more about the subject. 

 

Outside the Lab, He likes to work on hands-on projects and practice sports like Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
