Zhiyang Deng

Ph.D Student

Zhiyang Deng is an Electrical and Computer Engineering Ph.D student from Concordia University. Also the university was where he first met microfluidic techniques and became very interested in it. Then, he joined Dr. Shih’s lab with huge passion for this subject during Summer 2019. Now, he is working on a Single-cell Electroporation project using hybrid microfluidic devices. Though there are still so many things he needs to learn, he’s ready for that all the time. In his free time he plays basketball a lot, reads some literatures and loves to enjoy all kinds of exhibitions in different museums.
